Our red chilli is sourced from the Guntur belt of Andhra Pradesh, one of the world’s largest chilli-growing regions. Depending on the buyer’s requirement, we supply high-colour, low-heat varieties such as Byadgi for colour extraction, or high-heat varieties such as Teja for pungency-driven applications.
Chillies are sun-dried, cleaned, and graded before packing, with whole pod, powder, and flake/crushed formats available. Colour (ASTA) and heat (SHU) values are confirmed per lot via lab testing, and documentation is provided with each shipment.
Specifications shown above are typical export-grade ranges. A certificate of analysis reflecting the exact lot is provided with every shipment.
